Welcome to Poster, season two! Part of the Beetroot Universe, in its first outing Poster disrupted the vibrant culinary scene of Thessaloniki with a new, fine/casual dining concept. Now reinterpreted by the talented team of chef Sokratis Beligiannis and maître d’ Roi Apoikou (of Maitr &
Margarita fame) as a “snack bar”, it invites guests to customize their experience: just drinks, drinks and snacks, or the full dinner do. The menu takes traditional Greek ingredients and flavors
in unexpected and delicious directions, coupled with a considered selection of wines. In its new iteration, Poster snack bar promises a fun and flavorful experience.

Located in the Fragomahalas neighborhood, historically the commercial center of Thessaloniki, in a lovingly refurbished listed building, the setting at Poster is modern and inviting. The curated
interior is both design-led and unassuming. Our staff’s welcoming attitude creates the ideal ambience for a casual but considered dining experience.
